On Monday, Brooklyn Beckham<\/a> posted six Instagram Stories accusing his family<\/a> of trying to control him and ruin his relationship with his wife, Nicola Peltz. The posts seemed to confirm long-running rumors of inter-Beckham strife<\/a>, including one highly memed<\/a> accusation in which Brooklyn claimed his mother, Victoria Beckham, \u201cdanced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone\u201d at his wedding to Nicola. In the wake of this, you might think David and Victoria would want to steer clear of social media for their own sanity, but apparently not. On Wednesday, they were back to posting<\/a> on Instagram, wishing their friends happy birthday as if their son didn\u2019t just rake them across the coals to an audience of his 16.8 million followers.<\/p>\n Victoria shared a clip of Baby Spice (a.k.a. Emma Bunton) singing \u201cSay You\u2019ll Be There\u201d in the Mojave Desert in honor of her 50th birthday. \u201cHappy birthday Baby \ud83e\udd0d,\u201d Victoria wrote on her Instagram Story. \u201cKisses xxx.\u201d Meanwhile, David was busy wishing two of his former Manchester United teammates, Phil Neville and Nicky Butt, a happy birthday over on his profile. \u201cHappy Birthday Mate \u2764\ufe0f,\u201d he wrote to each of them.<\/p>\n David Beckham is in Davos – Sky’s @pkelso<\/a> took the chance to ask about his son’s recent Instagram post.<\/p>\n Brooklyn Peltz Beckham broke his silence about his estrangement from his parents, saying he does not want to reconcile with his family.https:\/\/t.co\/MYS7eu1QHb<\/a> pic.twitter.com\/AN8W8qaM7g<\/a><\/p>\n \u2014 Sky News (@SkyNews) January 20, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n David also dodged a question<\/a> about the family beef during a press conference on Tuesday while attending the World Economic Forum\u2019s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. In footage shared<\/a> by Sky News, a reporter asked, \u201cDavid, do you have a message for Brooklyn this morning?\u201d followed by, \u201cDavid, are you disappointed family business is being aired in public?\u201d To this, he smiled and moved right along.
