Smartphone manufacturer Realme has announced that its upcoming device, the P4 Power, will feature a 10,001 mAh battery.<\/p>\n
However, this isn\u2019t a complete surprise. Chase Xu, the Vice President of Realme and the head of Realme\u2019s global marketing, posted on X in May 2025<\/a>, showing off what was described as the \u2018GT 10,000 mAh concept phone\u2019.<\/p>\n The battery didn\u2019t add much weight or \u2018bulk\u2019 to the device, which\u00a0Android Police\u00a0notes measured at 8.5mm thick and weighed 215 grams. To make this happen, the device also features a 10 per cent silicon anode and a \u201cclever stacking system\u201d to maximize available space.<\/p>\n Since the reveal of the concept, Realme has worked to make the battery suitable for mass production and achieved a whopping 10,001 mAh, which Realme says will deliver \u201cweek-long performance,\u201d or roughly five to seven days depending on usage. It sounds nuts, but as Andy Boxall noted, the 7,300 mAh silicone-anode cell inside the OnePlus 15 lasts three to four days on a single charge.<\/p>\n The company is already teasing the P4 Power on the website, which shares some \u201csimilarities\u201d with the major phones on the market. The P4 Power will come in TransSilver, TransOrange, and TransBlue, which totally aren\u2019t the same colours as the iPhone 17 Pro<\/a>.<\/p>\n The similarities don\u2019t stop with just the colours; the new Realme UI 7.0 shares a glassy look that seems to parody Apple\u2019s Liquid Glass.<\/a> And there\u2019s more \u2014 The P4 Power joins the P4 Pro and the P4X, which, once again, totally don\u2019t look like the iPhone 17 Pro Max and the Samsung Galaxy S25.<\/p>\n The P4 Power will officially launch on Jan. 29, though the company doesn\u2019t typically make its phones available in Canada.
