Maybe he hit Michael (Rory Gibson) not because he made an inflammatory accusation, but because he knows he isn\u2019t wrong.<\/a><\/p>\n

The entire situation puts Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) in a tough spot\u2014brother to Willow and Drew\u2019s (Cameron Mathison) greatest victim and boss to Willow\u2019s number one fan. And when the results of the PCPD\u2019s internal affair investigation on Chase were in, Chase requested they be read to him by Dante.<\/p>\n

IA determined that Chase committed a violation of policy and wrongfully used PCPD resources to do it, but there was no sign of corruption, a result that frustrated Dante enough to demote the detective. <\/p>\n

When Dante gave Chase the option of working patrol and eventually taking the detective\u2019s exam again, or quitting the force, Chase stormed out of the PCPD right past Nathan (Ryan Paevey), all but confirming his decision. And with Chase not so focused on work, he revealed he\u2019s got a new plan in mind. <\/p>\n
