The two have been quite open about how their age gap and inter-faith relationship were never a problem between them and how they convinced their families for marriage. They recently appeared on a podcast with Rashami Desai, where they opened up about their marriage, personal life, and much more.Suyyash revealed how he wants a second child, a baby girl- but Kishwer isn\u2019t ready for it. When Rashami asked him if he wants another child, he said, \u201cI\u2019ve been behind Kishwer for a very long time because I want a baby girl, but she doesn\u2019t want it, I think.\u201d Kishwer responded by saying, \u201cRashami, he already wants a baby girl so badly, so don\u2019t remind him about all this. I\u2019m 44, and I don\u2019t think I can do it now.\u201d Rashami then said, \u201cPeople do it in their 50s also. You\u2019re so fit and everything, so don\u2019t think like that.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Kishwer Merchant reveals how she balances her personal and professional life<\/p>\n<p> Talking about their parenthood journey, Kishwer added, \u201cIt wasn\u2019t a planned child, but we just accepted him with open arms. Two weeks before realising that I was pregnant, we told my mom that we are pet parents and we don\u2019t want to have a child. However, after two weeks, I was standing in front of my mother and saying, \u2018I\u2019m pregnant.\u2019 She was like, \u2018What? How did you manage in two weeks?\u2019 We conceived in November, and I didn\u2019t know. In January, I realised that I had skipped my periods, which meant I was pregnant.\u201d Suyyash then added, \u201cHe\u2019s a miracle child. I\u2019m very happy to have him in my life.\u201dThe couple also spoke about their age gap. Talking about it, Suyyash said, \u201cIf she\u2019s eight years older than me, then yes, she has seen more of life. If she has been in the industry eight or nine years before me, then she has seen much more than I have. So if she has the experience, the fame, and the name, that belongs to her she worked hard for it, she earned it. How can I even feel insecure thinking she\u2019s more famous than me? Dude, she\u2019s been there for twenty-five years. Show me anyone who can stay in this industry for twenty-five years, with dignity and consistent work.
