Fans of \u201cThe Blind Side\u201d star Quinton Aaron were shocked to learn Monday that he has been in the hospital and on life support.<\/p>\n
The 41-year-old reportedly collapsed while going up some stairs at his apartment last week.<\/p>\n
A GoFundMe<\/a> has been set up for him and has currently raised just more than $12,000. The initial GoFundMe post said that Aaron was hospitalized with a \u201csevere blood infection.\u201d<\/p>\n Tuesday brought a troubling new update about Aaron\u2019s health, according to TMZ. <\/a>The outlet reported that doctors found a \u201crare cyst\u201d on Aaron\u2019s spine. The outlet reported that doctors are running tests to try to find out if it is benign. TMZ also reported that back surgery is \u201con the table\u201d for Aaron, and that if that occurs he could be in a wheelchair for a while. <\/p>\n An update to that GoFundMe on Monday did provide some positive news. <\/p>\n \u201cQuinton has opened his eyes and has some feeling in his foot!\u201d it read. \u201cHe is still on life support and going through tests.
