Denise Richards asked a judge to deny Aaron Phypers\u2019 request that he be granted half of her OnlyFans earnings, citing a missed deadline. <\/p>\n
According to documents obtained by TMZ<\/a> on Tuesday, Richards claimed an updated income and expense declaration \u2014 which was due Friday \u2014that has yet to be filed with the court, as of Tuesday.<\/p>\n Per the outlet, the judge hasn\u2019t yet made a ruling. <\/p>\n Reps for Phypers and Richards did not immediately return Page Six\u2019s request for comment on Tuesday evening. <\/p>\n Denise Richards has reportedly asked a judge to deny Aaron Phypers\u2019 request for half her OnlyFans income. BACKGRID<\/p>\n Phypers, 53 \u2014 who filed for divorce<\/a> from the \u201cWild Things\u201d star, 54, in July after six years of marriage \u2014 has previously claimed he was entitled to half the star\u2019s money from the site.<\/p>\n In documents obtained by Page Six in October<\/a>, the actor claimed he \u201chelped [Richards] to build her OnlyFans account\u201d and that he holds \u201cthe intellectual property rights to most, if not all, of the pictures that are in use on her page.\u201d <\/p>\n Phypers claimed in the docs that the \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d alum\u2019s subscription-based site \u2014 which she launched in 2022 <\/a>\u2014 brings in up to $300,000 per month.<\/p>\n The reality TV star hasn\u2019t divulged how much the site brings in, saying only that it\u2019s \u201cquite lucrative\u201d<\/a> in a February 2025 interview with People. <\/p>\n The judge hasn\u2019t yet made a ruling, per the outlet. Entertainment<\/p>\n Phypers further alleged in his October documents that his estranged wife \u201chas cut me off from accessing that joint income that we earned together\u201d and asked the judge to grant him \u201chalf of the OnlyFans income that is our joint income that we built and earned together, since I took the photographs and own the intellectual property rights.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI do not believe this constitutes spousal support, but a property right to half of the jointly-earned OnlyFans business income,\u201d he added in the docs. <\/p>\n Phypers also claimed that he\u2019s \u201cout of money and financially desparate [sic],\u201d after falling behind on rent and other expenses \u2014 a reality that seemingly proved to be true when Richards, (who had already moved out of their shared rental home) and Phypers were officially evicted from the Calabasas property in December<\/a> over $84,000 in unpaid rent.<\/p>\n In January, family members of Phypers \u2014 who has repeatedly denied the \u201cStarship Troopers\u201d star\u2019s claims of abuse<\/a> during the marriage \u2014 launched a fundraiser<\/a>.<\/p>\n In October, he filed documents claiming he was financially struggling and requesting a judge grant him half the OnlyFans money.
