REAL Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville has been spotted on a rare public outing after suffering from considerable facial disfigurement.<\/p>\n

The reality star posed for photos on the red carpet at The Sundance Film Festival on Sunday in Park City, Utah. <\/p>\n

Brandi<\/a>, 53, wore an ankle-length cream-colored coat with thick black fur covering her chest, and a matching black fur hat. <\/p>\n

She paired the ensemble with black strappy high heels, a brown clutch, her platinum blonde hair styled in loose waves, and heavy makeup. <\/p>\n

The TV personality strutted her stuff on the PBM Princess x Kemo Sabe red carpet before the screening of Rachel Strauss\u2019 documentary, Side Effects May Include. <\/p>\n

Earlier in the day, Brandi shared with her followers how she was getting ready for the event, which involved a visit to her plastic surgeon\u2019s office for a special treatment. <\/p>\n

Weeks earlier, Brandi gave another up-close look<\/a> at her skin while posing with her dentist.<\/p>\n

The Real Housewives<\/a> star has primarily shied away from big public events over the last two years as she battled severe facial disfigurement<\/a>. <\/p>\n

She previously claimed that stress was behind her noticeably swollen face, which resulted in her losing five teeth<\/a> after her teeth shifted, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed.<\/p>\n

But doctors later came to a different diagnosis after she began experiencing wrinkles and saggy skin on one side of her face.<\/p>\n

In December 2024, Brandi said that doctors believed that a parasite living in her skin was the cause of her bizarre symptoms.<\/p>\n

One year later, the former model exclusively told TMZ<\/a> that she\u2019d finally gotten the proper medical diagnosis to explain her condition. <\/p>\n

\u201cI have a long road ahead of me to get fully better, but I finally have an answer, so I\u2019m just thrilled,\u201d Brandi said, though she wouldn\u2019t disclose her exact diagnosis. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s been hell. I\u2019ve turned into an introvert. Leaving my house, I get the worst anxiety because I\u2019ve been in my house for two years,\u201d the mother of two star admitted. <\/p>\n

The model-turned-reality star was brought on RHOBH as a \u201cfriend\u201d for season 2 in 2011 after her divorce from actor Eddie Cibrian.<\/p>\n

Brandi previously penned an exclusive article for The U.S. Sun about\u00a0her painful split from the actor<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She was brought on as a full-time cast member from season 3 through 5, but was let go in 2015 after she made comments about Real Housewives of Miami star Joanna Krupa on Watch What Happens Live.<\/p>\n

She was subsequently sued for defamation.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The reality stars settled the suit in 2017, and Brandi was ordered to pay up and publicly apologize to Joanna. Brandi said the suit cost her $500,000 in total. <\/p>\n

Brandi returned to the show as a guest in the 6th, 9th and 10th seasons.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Brandi, along with several other\u00a0Housewives<\/a>, appeared on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.<\/p>\n

In 2023, it was announced that Brandi would be returning for the 5th season of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, which was set to premiere in 2024.<\/p>\n

Brandi was removed from filming after an\u00a0allegation of sexual abuse<\/a>\u00a0was made by Caroline Manzo, which Brandi denied.<\/p>\n

That season of\u00a0Ultimate Girls Trip has yet to hit the air<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Caroline sued Bravo, as well as Warner Brothers, and NBC Universal, who own the Bravo brand, over the alleged abuse, but did not pursue legal action against Brandi.<\/p>\n

In a filing from the suit, obtained by The U.S. Sun, Bravo producer, Lisa Shannon claimed that Caroline told them she did not feel \u201csexually violated,\u201d during the incident.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt that point, Manzo revealed to us, for the first time, that she had suffered sexual trauma as a child and that Glanville\u2019s actions that evening had triggered memories of that childhood trauma.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe told us that she did not feel sexually violated, she felt \u2018disrespected\u2019 by Glanville.\u201d the producer said in the filing.<\/p>\n

Brandi has confessed to shelling out six figures for various treatments while trying to get to the bottom of her health issues. <\/p>\n

She\u2019s now working on getting back into a normal routine and apparently venturing more out into the spotlight again.<\/p>\n

Brandi was a main cast member on the RHOBH<\/a> from Seasons 3 through 5, which aired from 2012 to 2015. <\/p>\n

She announced in June 2015 that she wouldn\u2019t be returning to the show full-time, but she made guest appearances on several seasons thereafter. <\/p>\n

The RHOBH is currently in its 15th season, which premiered in December. <\/p>\n
