\n\tSpider-Man<\/a>: Brand New Day is officially on its way.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tTom Holland<\/a> celebrated production on his fourth Spider-Man film kicking off with a few behind-the-scenes photos. On Instagram, the English actor shared two pictures of himself on-set, notably in his brand new Spidey suit<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tIn the shots, Holland stood on top of a military-like automobile with a stunt wire attached to his body. \u201cSpider-Man Brand New Day 1,\u201d he wrote in the caption of the post.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tProduction on Spider-Man: Brand New Day<\/a> was set to kick off at the top of August. Holland\u2019s social post gave fans a first-look at his new Spider-Man costume on-set after Sony unveiled the suit on Saturday morning. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe ready?\u201d Holland said in the teaser clip<\/a> while wearing the costume that notably sports a more classic Spider-Man look, resembling the outfits that both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield wore in their films as the character.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Friday, it was announced that Mark Ruffalo will appear in Brand New Day<\/a>, notably reprising his role as Bruce Banner\/the Hulk. The last time the actor appeared in the MCU<\/a> was in the 2022 Disney+ series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tRuffalo isn\u2019t the only returning star joining Holland\u2019s fourth Spider-Man, as Michael Mando (who played the Scorpion in Spider-Man: Homecoming), also joins the cast. It was previously announced that Jon Bernthal<\/a> will, too, appear in the film as the Punisher.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tPlot details are being kept under wraps, though a standout new addition to the cast is Sadie Sink<\/a>. Destin Daniel Cretton is directing while Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers<\/a> return to write the film.<\/p>\n

\n\tBrand New Day will serve as the long-awaited followup to 2021\u2019s No Way Home<\/a>, which saw the world forget that Holland\u2019s Peter Parker is Spider-Man.
