Specifically, it compares the price of non-new build houses between July\/September 2024 and July\/September 2025.<\/p>\n<p>It also includes preliminary data up to the beginning of 2026, which is used to predict upcoming trends in the market.<\/p>\n<p>You can read our coverage of other points included in the data in our article below.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-weight-bold m-font-weight-bold\" data-lab-font_weight=\"font-weight-bold\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.connexionfrance.com\/news\/how-is-french-property-faring-key-points-in-latest-notaire-review\/767081\" target=\"_blank\" data-lab-font_weight=\"font-weight-bold\" class=\"font-weight-bold m-font-weight-bold\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">How is French property faring?: Key points in latest notaire review<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Prices rising overall<\/p>\n<p>Data from the third quarter of 2025 shows prices rising year-on-year for houses across France.<\/p>\n<p>The top areas were:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Prices rose in two overseas departments: R\u00e9union (+5.7%) and Guadeloupe (+19.8%).<\/p>\n<p>The areas to see the largest falls were:<\/p>\n<p>Montpellier: -6%<\/p>\n<p>Tours: -2.7%<\/p>\n<p>Montauban: 2.3%<\/p>\n<p>Troyes: -1.8%<\/p>\n<p>Grenoble: -1.3%<\/p>\n<p>Where to buy?
