Look good, feel good, right?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Williams is not shy in showing off her physique to her 18million <a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-sun.com\/topic\/instagram\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> followers.<\/p>\n<p>She often shows off in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-sun.com\/topic\/swimwear\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">swimwear<\/a> or in gym gear after her workouts.<\/p>\n<p>The legend retired from tennis since 2022 after playing in her final US Open, and she has maintained her good shape.<\/p>\n<p>Williams has documented her weight loss journey and achieved one of her goals of fitting into a Valentino Skirt that she bought while pregnant.<\/p>\n<p>While Williams is in incredible shape, she is done with her tennis career.<\/p>\n<p>However, her sister Venus hasn&#8217;t hung up the racket just yet.<\/p>\n<p>Venus recently announced that she will play in the DC Open at 45 years old.<\/p>\n<p>Eugenie Bouchard breaks down in tears as former Wimbledon runner-up officially retires  <\/p>\n<p>She received a wild card bid to play in the tournament.<\/p>\n<p>Venus is a seven-time Grand Slam winner, but hasn&#8217;t played on the tour since March of 2024.<\/p>\n<p>She confirmed her participation in the DC Open in a statement through the tournament.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There&#8217;s something truly special about D.C.: the energy, the fans, the history,&#8221; Venus said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This city has always shown me so much love, and I can&#8217;t wait to compete there again.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"SERENA WILLIAMS has spoken publicly about her incredible body transformation.
