Everton have asked to take Chelsea forward Tyrique George on loan with an option to buy, per the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n

They face competition from Premier League rivals Sunderland for his signature.<\/p>\n

On the chance of Everton adding a signing before the deadline, David Moyes replied: \u201cYes I do [think there\u2019s a chance]. But don’t have a big headline saying he thinks it’s coming because it might not and then we disappoint people.\u201d<\/p>\n

The clubs are said to be finalising an initial loan deal to signwith an option to buy included.<\/p>\n

The England Under-21 attacker is travelling to Merseyside to complete a medical before his proposed deadline-day move.<\/p>\n

Crystal Palace have bid Palace bid \u20ac40m for Club Brugge centre-back Joel Ordonez in an effort to replace Marc Guehi before the end of the transfer window, The Independent understands.<\/p>\n

The bid, however, has been rejected by the Belgian club.<\/p>\n

Ordonez was previously linked with Liverpool in the January window, though the links were far from concrete.<\/p>\n
