Anthony Joseph.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.givemesport.com\/db\/sports-team\/celtic-fc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">The Hoops<\/a> are reportedly nearing their third signing of the January transfer window, with discussions ongoing regarding a potential option-to-buy clause.<\/p>\n<p>Adamu is already in the UK and is due to undergo a medical on transfer deadline day, after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.givemesport.com\/celtic-reach-agreement-to-sign-junior-adamu-deadline-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Celtic beat several clubs in the race<\/a> for his signature.<\/p>\n<p>The Austria international has scored twice in 18 appearances for Freiburg this season, including one goal in the Europa League.<\/p>\n<p>                        Celtic Agree Loan looking to include an option to make Adamu\u2019s loan move permanent and are still in ongoing discussions with Freiburg.<\/p>\n<p>Adamu joined Freiburg in 2023 from Austrian side Red Bull Salzburg and has found the back of the net seven times in 67 appearances during his time in Germany.<\/p>\n<p>The 24-year-old has won nine caps for Austria to date, with his latest appearance coming in November 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Celtic have completed the signings of right-back Julian Araujo and striker Tomas Cvancara earlier in the window, and are anticipated to welcome multiple new players ahead of Monday\u2019s transfer deadline.<\/p>\n<p>Lorient winger Joel Mvuka\u2019s arrival is expected to follow, with the forward already undergoing his medical in London <a href=\"https:\/\/www.givemesport.com\/breaking-celtic-agree-deal-to-sign-lorient-star-joel-mvuka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">ahead of a \u00a33m move<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>        <img
