Hollyoaks has aired a dark twist for John Paul McQueen as his big soap exit approaches<\/a>, with corrupt police officer Smithy making his true intentions known. Tonight’s episode began with Prince trying to warn John Paul off his new love interest<\/a>, asking him how much he really knows about him.<\/p>\n

In the village, Smithy pressured Prince into finding a location not to stash steroids, but to cook them. The McQueen begged to not be involved, but Smithy was insistent.<\/p>\n

Later, Smithy bumped into John Paul in the shop and secretly swiped the keys to the school. He handed the keys to Prince and told him to go to the school and set up the operation immediately.<\/p>\n

At Hollyoaks High, Smithy forced a nervous Prince to get started \u2014 but he messed it up and set a fire alarm off.<\/p>\n

Although the alarm was quickly ripped off the wall, John Paul was alerted and went to check. He bumped into John Paul and made out like he had gotten a call about kids breaking in, and tried to get him to leave.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, he didn’t leave. Instead, he walked in on Prince cooking the drugs.<\/p>\n

Smithy turned the situation around and threatened John Paul into joining the operation… or else.<\/p>\n

“The only thing you’re gonna do, mate, is help me and Prince. Or I’m gonna make life very difficult for the both of you,” he said.<\/p>\n

How will John Paul and Prince get out of this messy situation, and how will this play into John Paul’s exit<\/a>?<\/p>\n

Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming<\/a> premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.<\/p>\n
