EAU CLAIRE, Wis.\u00a0\u2014 The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men’s tennis team began the second leg of their\u00a0season on Thursday night\u00a0as they hosted Macalester College at the John & Fay Menard Tennis Center. The Blugolds took down the Scots 7-0.<\/p>\n
The Blugolds battled hard in doubles play winning two of their matches.\u00a0both pairs of Sam Murillo<\/a> and Andrew Mueller<\/a>, and Ethan Leeser<\/a> and Billy Hughes<\/a> dominated their matches each winning 6-1.<\/p>\n The Blugolds swepts their singles play matches. Billy Hughes<\/a> played a tightly contested match, eventually winning on the third set.
