Liam Rosenior believes reactions, body language and spirit are key intangibles which make a big difference at a football club.<\/p>\n

The 41-year-old arrived replaced Enzo Maresca at the start of January, and signed a six and a half year contract at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

Rosenior knows he\u2019s under pressure to deliver Champions League qualification<\/a>, and the Blues currently sit fifth, one point behind Manchester United in fourth.<\/p>\n

Liam Rosenior on what he\u2019s learnt since arriving at Chelsea<\/p>\n

Rosenior has made a good start to life at Chelsea, and has won six of his first eight games in charge, although both defeats came in the Carabao Cup semi final to Arsenal.<\/p>\n

The former Strasbourg boss has won all his league games, and is looking to make it four wins in a row with a trip to Wolves on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Rosenior has been nominated for the January Manager of the Month award<\/a>, and was asked before the Wolves game what he feels he\u2019s learnt since arriving at Chelsea.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think any manager would say before you walk into a club, you watch and analyse the games from before,\u201d he told his pre-match press conference.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cBut what\u2019s really important to me is that you don\u2019t use that information too much. You try and take on the information as you\u2019re in.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou don\u2019t make, not prejudices, but judgements on players without seeing them or meeting them in the first aspect.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I come in, I just be myself with my staff in my own way and then we judge at the training session.\u201d<\/p>\n

Important intangibles at Chelsea<\/p>\n

Rosenior stated a lot of what he\u2019s learnt has been non football related, and gave three things he feel makes a huge difference to the success of a football club.<\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of what we\u2019ve spoken to the players about is not football-related,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
