Shakur Stevenson<\/a> hasn\u2019t looked close to tasting defeat yet but Roy Jones Jr<\/a> feels there is one man who could be capable of causing it.<\/p>\n

Stevenson became world champion in a fourth division last Saturday when he overcame Teofimo Lopez to win the WBO super-lightweight title<\/a> at Madison Square Garden in New York.<\/p>\n

It saw Stevenson extend his unbeaten record to 25-0, and while he may have defeated all comers so far, boxing legend Jones Jr thinks Gervonta Davis could \u2018be that person\u2019 to beat his long-term rival.<\/p>\n

Speaking to FightHype<\/a>, Jones said that while he would still favour Stevenson at the moment, he believes that \u2018if someone could beat him\u2019, Davis would be that man.<\/p>\n

\u201cRight now Shakur wins it because of his discipline. He showed against Teofimo he can stay very disciplined all night. He\u2019s the type of guy who doesn\u2019t do a lot of crazy stuff in his life. Discipline is a thing that isn\u2019t only exercised inside the ring but also outside of the ring.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we see sometimes Gervonta has problems with discipline, but we have never seen Shakur have problems with discipline. We\u2019ve seen him be more disciplined at the right times.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe fight being how it is right now, I would lean towards Shakur because of his discipline, but don\u2019t get it twisted, if somebody could beat him, Tank Davis would be that person because of his intangibles.<\/p>\n

Jones believes if Davis can sort out his personal matters outside the ring then he\u2019s a problem for anybody.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf Tank is disciplined and has his mind on right, he\u2019s a problem for anybody, because Tank can fight better than most people think he can. Sometimes his outside antics get the better of him and make people think less of him but don\u2019t underestimate Tank Davis, if Tank is motivated and ready to fight, he\u2019s a problem for anybody.\u201d<\/p>\n
