UFC Vegas 113<\/a> is less than 24 hours away \u2026<\/p>\n

It all goes in \u201cSin City\u201d this weekend (Sat., Feb. 7, 2026) inside the Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the main event, two ranked Bantamweights collide as Mario Bautista takes on surging Brazilian prospect<\/a>, Vinicius Oliveira.<\/p>\n

I lost last weekend\u2019s under 1.5 rounds bet, but I don\u2019t care because I\u2019m going right back to it. Middleweights Michal Oleksiejczuk vs. Marc-Andre Barriault lock horns in what should be a super fun and violent fight, and so this week, I\u2019m locking in Barriault vs. Oleksiejczuk to, \u201cend under 1.5 rounds (-160<\/a>).\u201d<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re hunting for early violence, this is the fight.<\/p>\n

Oleksiejczuk and Barriault have combined for 11 career knockouts, with Oleksiejczuk accounting for eight of them by himself. More important, both men fight like they\u2019re allergic to judges.<\/p>\n

Oleksiejczuk has competed 17 times inside UFC\u2019s Octagon, and he\u2019s only seen the second round six times total. Even more telling: he\u2019s coming off back-to-back first round knockout wins<\/a>, showing he\u2019s still very much committed to fast starts and heavy hands<\/a>. Oleksiejczuk\u2019s entire approach is built around pressure and power \u2014 he doesn\u2019t probe, he attacks.<\/p>\n

If he finds the chin, it\u2019s usually over quickly.<\/p>\n

Barriault, meanwhile, used to be known for his durability during his early UFC run, routinely eating shots and pushing fights deep. That reputation no longer holds<\/a>. Since 2022, Barriault has been knocked out four times \u2014 all in the first round<\/a>.<\/p>\n

His willingness to stand and trade remains, but his ability to absorb damage clearly doesn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

Stylistically, this matchup is gasoline on a bonfire. Both men prefer to strike. Both men welcome exchanges. And neither has shown much interest in pacing themselves. This matchup is a sneaky \u201cFight of the Night<\/a>\u201d-type contender, precisely because neither fighter knows how to take a backward step.<\/p>\n

In short: this fight screams violence. Someone is getting clipped early, and history strongly suggests it won\u2019t take long.<\/p>\n

The main concern is precedent. Both Oleksiejczuk and Barriault went the full three rounds with dangerous striker Shara Magomedov, showing that they can survive sustained offense when disciplined. If either man decides to fight smarter, slow the tempo, or wrestle defensively, the under could be threatened.<\/p>\n

Still, given their histories, tendencies, and current trajectories, Oleksiejczuk vs. Barriault \u201cunder 1.5 rounds (-160<\/a>)\u201d seems like a safe bet.<\/p>\n
