WAIMEA, Hawaii \u2013\u00a0The Pacific men’s program steadied the course on day two of the 35th Amer Ari Invitational, sitting in 17th place after Friday from the Mauna Lani Resort Golf Club.<\/p>\n

The Tigers (-7) turned in a similar performance from opening round, carding a two-under par today and dropping back one spot in the 20-team field. Auburn represents as the team leader through 36 holes with a 47-under par, three strokes ahead of second-place Stanford.<\/p>\n

Redshirt junior Deitrek Gill<\/a> paces Pacific after two rounds with a two-under par, putting him in 64th place individually.<\/p>\n

Senior Travis Robbie<\/a> manufactured the best round by a Tiger on Friday, shooting a three-under par and leapfrogging him up 27 spots into 83rd place individually. Robbie and Gill each notched a birdie on the 15th hole, boosting their second-round scores.<\/p>\n

Sophomore Felix Bouchard<\/a> remains under-par for the tournament at one-under-par, sitting in the top 70 individually.<\/p>\n

Sophomore Brasen Briones<\/a> and senior Timothy Jung<\/a> rounded out the team scoring for Pacific with two-over par and even par, respectively. Senior Ian Fritz<\/a> competed as an individual for a second straight day, standing at ten-over par.<\/p>\n

Pacific wraps up the Amer Ari Invitational tomorrow, beginning with a shotgun start time of 7:30 a.m. HT\/9:30 a.m. PT. Live scoring for the tournament can be found\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
