This move not only cements Gasly\u2019s growing affinity for Miami\u2014home to the thrilling Miami Grand Prix since 2022\u2014but also aligns with his jet-setting lifestyle amid a demanding F1 career.<\/p>\n

The 3,712-square-foot unit, nestled in a 49-story tower designed by the acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica, boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private elevator, soaring 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and a bespoke kitchen crafted by Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.<\/p>\n

Topping it off is a sprawling 1,163-square-foot private terrace offering breathtaking waterfront vistas of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. The building, situated between the vibrant Design District and Midtown, is slated for completion in 2028 and will feature 338 residences alongside 27,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This purchase comes at a pivotal time for Gasly, who has been a fixture in the F1 paddock since his debut in 2017. Born on February 7, 1996, in Rouen, France, the 30-year-old driver has carved out an impressive career marked by resilience and standout performances. Gasly first burst onto the scene with Toro Rosso (now VCARB) at the 2017 Malaysian Grand Prix, quickly establishing himself as part of the Red Bull junior program.<\/p>\n

His breakthrough moment arrived in 2020 with AlphaTauri, where he claimed his maiden Grand Prix victory at the chaotic Italian Grand Prix in Monza\u2014becoming the first French driver to win an F1 race since Olivier Panis in 1996. Over his career, Gasly has amassed five podium finishes, including a dramatic third place at the 2023 Dutch Grand Prix and another at the rain-soaked 2024 S\u00e3o Paulo Grand Prix, both with Alpine. He also holds three fastest laps and has accumulated 458 career points across 178 race entries.<\/p>\n

Gasly\u2019s tenure with Alpine, which began in 2023, has seen mixed fortunes. In 2023, he finished 11th in the drivers\u2019 standings with 62 points, highlighted by that Zandvoort podium. The following year, he secured 10th place with 42 points, adapting to the team\u2019s evolving machinery. However, 2025 proved challenging, with Gasly ending the season in 18th position on just 22 points amid a mid-season driver swap\u2014starting alongside rookie Jack Doohan before teaming up with Franco Colapinto. A disqualification at the Chinese Grand Prix for an underweight car added to the hurdles, but Gasly\u2019s commitment to Alpine remains strong, with a contract extension through at least 2028.<\/p>\n
