Errol Spence Jr.<\/a> appears to be headed back inside the ring. <\/p>\n

The former world champion from DeSoto, according to multiple outlets<\/a>, is scheduling a June fight against former junior middleweight champion Tim Tszyu in Australia.<\/p>\n

Spence (28-1, 22 KOs) has competed since his 2023 defeat at the hands of Terence Crawford in a mega welterweight unification bout in Las Vegas<\/a>. Spence, now 35, was knocked down three times by a dominant Crawford before the fight was stopped in the ninth round, handing the Spence the only loss of his career.<\/p>\n

After a run of three losses in four fights, Tszyu (26-3, 18 KOs) defeated Anthony Velazquez by unanimous decision in December, and reportedly will line up another fight prior to fighting Spence. <\/p>\n

News of Spence\u2019s return was first reported by Ring Magazine.<\/p>\n

According to ESPN, the Spence-Tszyu fight will be fought at 154 pounds, a first for Spence, and is being targeted for either June 6 or 13 at a venue to be determined.<\/p>\n
