Kaley Cuoco<\/a> says she and her fianc\u00e9 Tom Pelphrey<\/a> made the best decision ever by choosing to sleep in separate rooms.<\/p>\n

The 40-year-old Vanished star visited Dax Shepard<\/a>\u2018s Armchair Expert podcast for the Monday (February 9) episode and opened up about how their new sleeping arrangement has made their lives much easier.<\/p>\n

Kaley said it started because they have older dogs who can be a handful to deal with at night and eventually Tom \u201cwas like, \u2018I can\u2019t do this anymore,\u201d and she understood.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo he started sleeping in the guest room,\u201d Kaley said, which they immediately found to be a \u201cgame changer.<\/p>\n

The couple have very different sleep schedules, with Tom being a self-proclaimed night owl that is often night reading or writing. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s his quiet time,\u201d she shares.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo he\u2019s up late and wakes up late on a non-working day. We established this from day one. I go to bed early, and I wake up early. We\u2019re totally on different sleeping schedules,\u201d The Big Bang Theory<\/a> alum explained.<\/p>\n

She also admitted that one of the only things she felt hesitant about is what people might think, something she expressed during couples therapy.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt first, I\u2019m like, \u2018What will people think?\u2019 And he\u2019s like, \u2018I never see you at night,\u2019\u201d Kaley continued. \u201cI don\u2019t see him. It\u2019s not our sexy time. We don\u2019t cuddle. We don\u2019t see each other at night. He goes, \u2018Why do you care?\u2019 And I sat there, and I went, \u2018God, I don\u2019t care.\u2019 And he goes, \u2018Let\u2019s try it.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

And ever since it\u2019s been great.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt just works for us,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
