This includes having the final meal of the day three to five hours before sleep.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content \">\u201cIt\u2019s not what you eat. It\u2019s when you stop eating,\u201d noted Dan. \u201cTime-restricted eating works because your body finally gets a break from constant digestion. Insulin drops. Fat burning starts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"content \">It is simple, sustainable, and effective, he claimed.
