\nRaptors forward Brandon Ingram has been named as a replacement for
\nGolden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry on the USA Stripes
\nroster after Curry was ruled out due to a lingering right knee
\ninjury. The absence of the two-time All-Star Game MVP \u2013 who had
\nbeen selected for his 12th All-Star appearance \u2013 opens the door for
\nIngram\u2019s second career selection, his first since
