Now, it\u2019s all about what\u2019s next for The Ring’s 140-pound champion<\/a>. Conor Benn<\/a>, Devin Haney<\/a> and Raymond Muratalla<\/a> have been mentioned as potential opponents. But if it was up to former junior welterweight champion Tim Bradley, he would choose someone else entirely. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll tell y\u2019all a fighter that can get with Shakur,\u201d Bradley said on his YouTube channel. \u201cI\u2019m not saying [he can] beat [Stevenson], just someone that\u2019s on his level. His name is O\u2019Shaquie Foster. He\u2019s on his level. O\u2019Shaquie Foster should be on the pound-for-pound list.\u201d<\/p>\n

Foster, a two-time champion at junior lightweight, last fought in December against Stephen Fulton. <\/p>\n

In what was viewed as a fight that could go either way, Foster (24-3, 12 KOs) boxed circles around Fulton<\/a>, who moved up from featherweight for the bout. The scores read 117-111, 118-110, and 119-109. <\/p>\n

Foster also has wins over Eduardo “Rocky” Hernandez, Abraham Nova and Robson Conceicao. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Interestingly enough, Foster and Stevenson don’t get along. Foster has previously claimed to get the better of him during numerous sparring sessions. <\/p>\n

Although their paths are not likely to cross anytime soon, Bradley hopes that changes. The way he sees it, Foster might be the only fighter who can match Stevenson, who was recently stripped of his WBC lightweight title, in multiple categories. <\/p>\n

\u201cO\u2019Shaquie has a lot of what Shakur has with the distance,\u201d Bradley said. \u201cHe has a fast jab too. O\u2019Shaque big too, got a little size on him, got some reach on him, got some pop on him.
