She added that the shipment was \u201cthe first of many donations\u201d that will arrive \u201cin the coming days.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Venezuela&#8217;s complex crisis, which began more than a decade ago, led to the collapse of the country&#8217;s public health care system.
