Team Visma | Lease a Bike<\/a> is packed with big personalities. The Dutch squad don\u2019t just have stars like Wout van Aert<\/a> and Jonas Vingegaard<\/a>, but also characters like Victor Campenaerts<\/a> and Matteo Jorgenson<\/a>. So it\u2019s no surprise their media team is sometimes kept busy \u2014 and their latest hilarious YouTube video<\/a> is a perfect example. <\/p>\n

In the clip, Visma | Lease a Bike riders play a game called \u201cMost Likely To\u201d: who is most likely to end up in a certain (hypothetical) situation? One of the first questions: who\u2019s more likely to win a spring Classic? Vingegaard and Jorgenson are put on the spot \u2014 and the answer comes quickly: the American. Jorgenson laughs: \u201cIt\u2019s hard to win a Classic if you don\u2019t race it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jorgenson is asked the same question again later, this time sitting next to Campenaerts. Now he picks his Belgian teammate. \u201cI think we\u2019re going to see it: in the aero position, hands in the air in a Classic,\u201d Jorgenson says confidently \u2014 but Campenaerts is less convinced. \u201cIf you see me in that position, I\u2019ll get disqualified.\u201d<\/p>\n

The topic then shifts to life after racing. Are there riders at Visma | Lease a Bike who could become sports directors one day? Young Brit Matthew Brennan<\/a> thinks Van Aert would be a good fit. \u201cI have to pick you \u2014 you know so much more about cycling,\u201d Brennan says, before his more experienced teammate replies: \u201cI don\u2019t know if that\u2019s Matthew\u2019s ambition, but it\u2019s not my goal at the moment.\u201d Message received.<\/p>\n

Campenaerts and Jorgenson entertain: \u201cI hope you lie then\u201d<\/p>\n

Jorgenson can definitely picture Campenaerts in a future team car. \u201cYou\u2019ll stay involved in cycling much longer than I will,\u201d he tells him. Campenaerts agrees he wants to remain in the sport \u2014 just not as a sports director. \u201cI want to stay in cycling, but not as a sports director. At some point I want to replace Mathieu Heijboer (Head of Performance),\u201d he jokes, prompting Jorgenson to fire back: \u201cHe\u2019s coming for your job, Mathieu!\u201d<\/p>\n

Then comes the question: who makes friends fastest in the peloton? Campenaerts winks at Jorgenson: \u201cYou\u2019ve had some enemies too, like me.\u201d But he adds that it\u2019s easier to make friends as a domestique. Jorgenson, meanwhile, calls Campenaerts one of the most universally liked guys in the bunch. \u201cYou\u2019re always friendly to people in the peloton. During a race I\u2019m often serious \u2014 it\u2019s not really an opportunity for me to socialise.\u201d<\/p>\n

Campenaerts says he does make friends quickly \u2014 and explains why. \u201cIt\u2019s also about age, and how long you\u2019ve been in the peloton,\u201d the experienced time trial specialist notes. \u201cThere are also more Belgian riders than American riders.
