Aaron Phypers claimed he \u201cfear[ed] for his parents\u201d when Denise Richards unexpectedly showed up at his home<\/a> over the weekend.<\/p>\n

The businessman, 52, made the allegation in a dispatch audio obtained by People<\/a> on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Over the weekend, Phypers called the cops when his estranged wife, 54, arrived at their Calabasas, Calif., home where he is living.<\/p>\n

Richards allegedly banged on the door and, once allowed inside, yelled at his parents to leave, a source told Page Six on Monday.<\/p>\n

The insider claimed the \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d star put her finger in Phypers\u2019 parents\u2019 faces and attempted to hit his sibling.<\/p>\n

Phypers left the residence through a side door, while his brother stood behind Richards\u2019 car until deputies arrived and spoke to her.<\/p>\n

Cops were called Saturday after the reality star arrived at the Calabasas, Calif., residence. BACKGRID<\/p>\n

No arrests were made as no crime had been committed.<\/p>\n

Richards\u2019 rep did not immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n

The actress, notably, was granted a temporary restraining order against Phypers in July after alleging domestic violence<\/a>, which he has denied<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Richards\u2019 lawyer defended her actions on Sunday to Page Six, telling us the \u201cWild Things\u201d star believed her ex was \u201cnot present\u201d in the house when she drove over.<\/p>\n

The attorney claimed his client had been attempting to \u201cretrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, a source close to Phypers blasted this as \u201c100 percent, absolutely false.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Quantum 360 healing center founder filed for divorce from Richards<\/a> last month after six years of marriage<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She allegedly tried to hit Phypers\u2019 brother. Aaron Phypers\/Instagram<\/p>\n

Richards claimed, via her lawyer, that she was trying to retrieve a dog from the home. Aaron Phypers\/Instagram<\/p>\n

Richards\u2019 restraining order filing<\/a> made headlines the following week, with the actress providing photos allegedly proving Phypers engaged in \u201cfrequent \u2026 violent\u201d and \u201caggressive\u201d abuse during their time together.<\/p>\n

He was ordered to stay 100 yards from Richards and her property, including her home and car.<\/p>\n

In the wake of Richards\u2019 allegations, a troubling 2020 \u201cRHOBH\u201d clip resurfaced showing Phypers threatening to \u201ccrush\u201d her hand<\/a> \u2014 and the reality star brushing off the moment during the show\u2019s Season 10 reunion.<\/p>\n

Phypers filed for divorce from Richards last month. Nicole Weingart\/E! Entertainment<\/p>\n

The Bravolebrity subsequently alleged Phypers abused her during their six years of marriage. BACKGRID<\/p>\n

Phypers maintains he \u201cnever physically or emotionally abused Denise\u201d and \u201calways tried to approach [their] marriage with love, patience and respect.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a bombshell email to loved ones, he claimed Richards had an affair<\/a> with \u201cSpecial Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Challenge\u201d instructor Rudy Reyes and is addicted to Vicodin<\/a> \u2014 allegations Richards has yet to comment on.<\/p>\n
