American boxing Hall of Famer Timothy Bradley has delivered a sensational takedown of rebounding Australian star Tim Tszyu \u2013 stressing the former world champ is \u201cdone\u201d, a worse fighter than Nikita, and set to be knocked out cold by Errol Spence Jnr.<\/p>\n

The huge spray comes as another US great, Paulie Malignaggi, has also given his own take around the impending showdown, while American fight writer Sean Zittel has claimed \u201cpunch-for-punch, Tim Tszyu is sharper\u201d.<\/p>\n

As revealed only last week, Tszyu is set to face Spence<\/a> sometime later this year for a huge showdown against Spence, the former pound-for-pound star who has not fought in the three years since losing to Terence Crawford. <\/p>\n

While June is the month being mentioned, no date or venue has yet been confirmed. <\/p>\n

Currently, Tszyu is bunkered down in Miami, Florida with new coach Pedro Diaz.<\/p>\n

The Sydneysider intends to have what will effectively be a four-month build to the Spence fight, and include a \u2018warm up\u2019 in late March.<\/p>\n

As revealed by Fox Sports Australia, that first bout is being slated for the same card as Liam Paro\u2019s IBF world title showdown against Lewis Crocker in late March — with a fellow Aussie fighter almost certain to be given the chance to play spoiler. <\/p>\n

From there, Tszyu will then move immediately into the Spence showdown.<\/p>\n

Yet speaking on his YouTube channel this week<\/a>, Bradley suggested Australia\u2019s longtime pay-per-view king is set to once again be stopped in a marquee fight, just as he was against world champions Sebastian Fundora and Bakhram Murtazaliev.<\/p>\n

In a shock spray, the Hall of Famer also suggested Tszyu can no longer take a punch after too many wars inside the ring.<\/p>\n

\u201cErrol Spence know how to fight,\u201d Bradley started. \u201cAnd he gunna let them hands go.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe gunna take it to Tim Tszyu.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd Tim Tszyu is one of those guys, he stands right in front of you.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe ain\u2019t one of those guys who picks up his feet and moves.<\/p>\n

\u201cTim Tszyu\u2019s little brother is better than him.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe [Nikita] has probably been whopping his ass in sparring. Yeah, he been whoopin\u2019 his ass. I already know he do.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s a leftie, moves his head side to side, I know he be whoopin\u2019 his ass in the gym for real … but they don\u2019t be talkin\u2019 about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

So as for a prediction?<\/p>\n

\u201cErrol Spence gunna knock Tim Tszyu out,\u201d Bradley continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cTim Tszyu is done. He\u2019s 31, he\u2019s done.<\/p>\n

\u201cToo much wear and tear.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s got his ass knocked out a couple of times.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt seems like he\u2019s strong mentality and he wants it.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut his body is not responding like it should be.<\/p>\n

\u201cLot of big knockouts and wars for Tim Tszyu, man. He been getting hit too much.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd when you get hit too much, s***, your time is up real fast.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo I got Errol Spence in that fight.<\/p>\n

\u201cErrol gunna stop his ass \u2026 Errol gunna stop your ass Tim Tszyu.\u201d<\/p>\n

Soon after, Bradley went again, continuing: \u201cTszyu ain\u2019t clickin\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd everybody got his damn number<\/p>\n

\u201cPunch with his ass, he can\u2019t take it on the chin.\u201d<\/p>\n

Still on Tszyu, and American boxing analyst Paulie Malignaggi has added his own take on the impending Spence megafight.<\/p>\n

Only weeks after first breaking the news about Tszyu\/Spence during a trip Down Under, Malignaggi has discussed the fight with Chris Algieri on their BoxingScene podcast.<\/p>\n

\u201cErrol has had a lot of long layoffs in his career,\u201d Malignaggi started.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd sometimes that works out, sometimes it doesn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, you see [Terence] Crawford comes off long layoffs and fights well.<\/p>\n

\u201cKeyshawn Davis just did it.<\/p>\n

\u201c[But] There\u2019s a hit or miss with that long layoff stuff. You get rusty in terms of not having the timing.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut for us conspiracy theorists, you also have time to dope up.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m just saying.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m starting to see more and more of these long layoffs happening. Or semi-retirements and whatnot \u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, American boxing journalist Sean Zittel has also given his take on Tszyu over the weekend — which included some high praise for the Aussie.<\/p>\n

Speaking on his Youtube channel, Zittel started: \u201cI don\u2019t think Tim Tszyu is a shot fighter.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut his vitality as a fighter has been evaporating before our eyes in these last three out of four fights.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe first and second Fundora fight, you could tell Fundora got better \u2026 but you can also see from Tszyu that his punch resistance has been fading, being stopped in two of his past three fights.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd Bakhram didn\u2019t exactly then set the world on fire against Josh Kelly.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut styles make fights too and Kelly is a much different style to Tim Tszyu \u2026 but this is a good fight.\u201d<\/p>\n

Later, Zittel added: \u201cI give credit to Tszyu in that second Fundora fight, man.<\/p>\n

\u201cSeeing it person, [watching] on television doesn\u2019t quite do justice to how he went for broke in that last round before he had to retire on the stool.\u201d<\/p>\n

Then comparing Tszyu and Spence specifically, the popular US journalist said: \u201cSpence is certainly the more decorated fighter.<\/p>\n

\u201cCertainly has more volume and the better jab than Tim Tszyu.<\/p>\n

\u201cIs the better decorated amateur, too.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I think punch-for-punch, Tim Tszyu is sharper.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I think Tim Tszyu moves his head off the line more than he does, and with a little bit better reflexes with what he does.<\/p>\n

\u201cPut all that together, and it\u2019s an interesting crossroads fight.\u201d <\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Bradley also suggested he could not back against Spence, who has already fought back from serious eye issues and a horrific 2019 car accident in his hometown of Dallas, Texas. <\/p>\n

\u201cErrol Spence is back,\u201d Bradley said. \u201cHe\u2019s back.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe ain\u2019t the big fish no more \u2026 but it looks like the rest was good for his body.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you\u2019ve been training since you were a little boy, training all those years, having that time off I\u2019m sure did wonders for his damn body.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I\u2019ll tell you this: I ain\u2019t ever gonna doubt a motherf***er who gets thrown out of a car going 175 miles an hour or whatever the speed was \u2026 and came out with a scratch.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, I know he had some internal s***, but I\u2019m just sayin. That man is still livin\u2019. And there is a reason why.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis dude is a miracle, man<\/p>\n

\u201cErrol Spence is a walking miracle.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo I ain\u2019t going to doubt nobody strong like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking with Fox Sports Australia over the weekend, Team Tszyu also explained the fighter\u2019s decision to roll the dice on a \u2018warm up\u2019 fight for Spence as crucial to his upsetting the American.<\/p>\n

Asked about risking the Spence opportunity in an all-Australian bout, Tszyu\u2019s manager Darcy Ellis said: \u201cTim is over there in Miami with Pedro Diaz and absolutely flying at the moment.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s great physically, absolutely no problems at all.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re looking to take another fight because it gives Tim more time to continue making those changes with Pedro on his style and so on.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor their first fight together against Anthony Velazquez in December, they only had seven weeks to prepare.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd you just can\u2019t move mountains in that amount of time.<\/p>\n
