Transport Quebec announced that Highway 25, including the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine Tunnel, will be fully closed Monday and Friday nights for major repair work. <\/p>\n

Highway 20 will closures Saturday night.<\/p>\n

Monday night closure<\/p>\n

The closure will begin at 10 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 16, and last until 5 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17, to allow for maintenance and inspection work on the tunnel.<\/p>\n

During that time frame, Highway 25 toward the South Shore will be completely closed between Exit 4 (Montreal downtown, Jacques-Cartier Bridge) and the entrance from \u00cele Charron.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Highway 25 toward Montreal between Exit 90 (Highway 20 West, Route 132, La Prairie, USA, Varennes, P.-E.-Trudeau airport) and the entrance from Notre-Dame Street will also be completely closed.<\/p>\n

The Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel will also be closed in both directions during this time.<\/p>\n

Transport Quebec also notes that eastbound Souligny Avenue will be closed 30 minutes before the complete closure of Highway 25 in both directions between Dickson and Honor\u00e9-Beaugrand Streets.<\/p>\n

Friday night closure<\/p>\n

On Friday night, the tunnel closure will begin at 11 p.m., Feb. 20, and last until 8 a.m., Saturday Feb. 21. The entrances to this section will be closed 30 minutes before the highway closes completely.<\/p>\n

Saturday night closure<\/p>\n

Highway 20 will be fully closed in the westbound direction between exit 102 (Sainte-Julie, Saint-Amable, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville) and the entrance from Armand-Frappier Boulevard near the Highway 20 and 30 interchange, from 10 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 21 to 8 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 22.<\/p>\n

The entrance from Armand-Frappier Boulevard and Chemin du Fer-\u00e0-Cheval will be closed 30 minutes before the highway is completely closed.<\/p>\n

On the eastbound direction, on Highway 20 the entrance from Nobel Street will be closed from 9:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 21 to 8 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 22.<\/p>\n

This closure will be dependant on the weather and could be delayed.
