Edmonton police are investigating after the death of a man following reports of a shooting on the north side Monday.<\/p>\n
Officers were called to the area of 166 Avenue and 109 Street about 1:45 p.m. An injured man was found at the scene.<\/p>\n
Police and EMS administered aid on scene before the man was taken to hospital via ambulance. He was pronounced dead at hospital.<\/p>\n
An autopsy is scheduled for this week.<\/p>\n
Police are asking anyone in the area who may have doorbell or dash cam footage to reach out at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.<\/p>\n
