MLB&#8217;s current CBA expires on Dec. 1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The MLBPA was scheduled to hold its first meeting with players this spring at the\u00a0Cleveland Guardians&#8217; camp Tuesday. That meeting was abruptly canceled, however, and leaves the union without its top leader in a bargaining year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Clark, 53, joined the MLBPA in 2010 after a 15-year career as a player in the majors.
