It was simply the kind of intensity where you\u2019re out of breath, your heart is pumping, and you\u2019d struggle to maintain a conversation,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content \">Interestingly, the benefits appeared almost linear. \u201cThe more you do, the better the results were, and that continued all the way up to about 40 to 50 minutes,\u201d he added.
