He then allegedly punched another man in the nose before bystanders took him down and held him until police arrived. LeBeouf was taken to hospital, discharged, arrested and charged with two counts of simple battery.<\/p>\n Article content<\/p>\n Article content<\/p>\n He was scheduled to be in a New Orleans court later Tuesday as Mardi Gras festivities were ramping up there.<\/p>\n A video surfaced early Tuesday<\/a> of LaBeouf, in which he has no shirt on and is exchanging words with others. It then shows him being attended to by paramedics.<\/p>\n \u2018He is terrorizing the city!\u2019<\/p>\n LaBeouf has struggled with alcoholism and has apparently been on a bender in the Crescent City since last Thursday, various bartenders across the city told The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>.
