Yesterday was the Men’s Playoff round to decide the four lower-ranked teams in the quarterfinals today, and all went as expected. They weren’t blowouts, but no one was in danger of advancing out of the top four playing. <\/p>\n

Report: Czechia\u2019s Faksa out against Canada<\/p>\n

Czechia forward Radek Faksa will not play in Wednesday\u2019s quarter-final matchup against Canada, according to Czech reporter Robert Rampa.<\/p>\n

The AHL had two positive tests for PEDs. I looked around and cannot find any sign that either the AHL or the NHL has made their list of banned substances public. The WADA list is available online, and it includes a long list of things including masking agents. <\/p>\n

There seems to be a desire to believe these supplement tales of woe, but I find it all a little too, “look at me, I’m a dumb jock,” to believe.<\/p>\n
