Transport Quebec says a pair of partial road closures will impact Montreal drivers over the coming weekend.<\/p>\n

Motorists are being advised that work will take place along Highway 40 at the Charles-De Gaulle Bridge as well as the Highway 520 overpass over Cavendish Boulevard between Friday evening and Monday morning.<\/p>\n

Charles-De Gaulle Bridge<\/p>\n

Highway 40 will see a lane closed in each direction between Gouin Boulevard East in Montreal and Route 344 (Saint-Charles Road) starting at 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 20, until Monday, Feb. 23.<\/p>\n

On top of the lane closure, some lanes could be reduced to 3.3 metres within the construction zone, and the speed limit will be reduced to 50 km\/h in both directions.<\/p>\n

Highway 520 overpass<\/p>\n

Highway 520 will be fully closed between Exit 5 \u2014 Hickmore Street \u2014 and the C\u00f4te-de-Liesse interchange from 10 p.m. on Friday until 8 a.m. on Saturday, before closing again at 10 p.m. on Sunday until 5 a.m. on Monday.<\/p>\n

Transport Quebec notes a detour will be in place along the service road, however, the service road may occasionally be closed at night.<\/p>\n

As for the night of Feb. 23 to 24, ramps at the C\u00f4te-de-Liesse interchange (Highways 40 and 520) will be closed starting at 9 p.m. and lasting until 5 a.m.<\/p>\n
