Investigators estimate known financial losses exceed $800,000.<\/p>\n<p>Timothy Carter, 66, of Mississauga, has been charged with two counts of fraud over $5,000, uttering threats, assault and assault with a weapon.<\/p>\n<p>Marco Maggisano, 55, of Vaughan, has been charged with fraud over $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime and laundering proceeds of crime committed within Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are urging anyone who had dealings with A&amp;E Contractors to contact 21 Division\u2019s Criminal Investigation Bureau at 905-453-2121, ext. 2133.
