She began in frontline community service and outreach roles before taking on her first leadership position with the Salvation Army\u2019s Rent Bank program.<\/p>\n She later served as a community impact specialist with United Way Elgin Middlesex, overseeing funding for poverty\u2011reduction initiatives. As program manager and later director of Strategic Initiatives, Seeler played a central role in developing and implementing the Street Level Women at Risk Housing First model, supporting women experiencing chronic homelessness and survival sex work.<\/p>\n Most recently, she served as Supportive Housing Director for Canadian Mental Health Association Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services<\/a>, overseeing 17 housing programs across London and surrounding communities.<\/p>\n Advertisement 4<\/p>\n This advertisement has not loaded yet, but your article continues below.<\/p>\n Article content<\/p>\n \u201cJaclyn\u2019s unwavering commitment to strengthening housing supports in our community, paired with nearly two decades of frontline, strategic and community\u2011wide leadership, will bring both strength and heart to this work,\u201d said Tyler Campbell, general manager of Community Well\u2011being<\/a>. \u201cJaclyn\u2019s ability to build collaborative, equitable systems \u2013 and to champion the voices of those most impacted \u2013 will be invaluable as we continue advancing housing stability and well\u2011being across our community.\u201d<\/p>\n Seeler begins her new role on March 23, reporting to Campbell.<\/p>\n
