\nSault Area Hospital (SAH) is inviting patients, families, and community members to share their input as part of a light refresh of its Strategic Plan, ensuring it continues to reflect community needs, evolving health-care priorities, and current realities.<\/p>\n
A Strategic Plan is SAH\u2019s roadmap for the future. It outlines the hospital\u2019s priorities, the key areas for improvement, and how progress will be measured. The plan guides decisions, resource allocation, and care delivery, helping SAH focus on initiatives that matter most to patients, families, staff, and the wider community.<\/p>\n
This year, SAH is completing a light refresh of the Strategic Plan. Unlike a full-scale update, a light refresh is a short-term adjustment that keeps the hospital aligned with changing healthcare needs, emerging trends, and community expectations. It allows SAH to:<\/p>\n
