Mississauga\u2019s most anticipated New Year\u2019s Eve celebration returns to Celebration Square, promising an unforgettable night of electric sounds, global talent and dazzling fireworks, presented by Tim Hortons.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s festivities kick off with an interactive K-Pop spotlight with viral Montreal dance group East2West, that sets the tone for a high-energy night, followed by a dynamic lineup of live performances including UK pop darlings Say Now, anime-rave DJ Alex Kade and Mississauga\u2019s CMAGIC5 that will carry thousands of residents and visitors into 2026.<\/p>\n

Families can take part in the Junior Confetti Countdown which is a fun, colourful moment designed for kids and early birds to celebrate the New Year before bedtime.<\/p>\n

As the final countdown concludes, a spectacular fireworks display will light up the night sky, marking the City\u2019s first moments of 2026 with a beautiful celebration of colour.<\/p>\n

Parking and road closure information<\/p>\n

There will be road closures in Mississauga\u2019s downtown core starting at 7 p.m. on December 31, 2025 until 1 a.m. on January 1, 2026. Areas impacted by these closures are outlined on the event page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

With limited access to available parking downtown, attendees are encouraged to carpool, walk or take MiWay. MiWay will offer free service on New Year\u2019s Eve starting at 7 p.m. on December 31, 2025, until 4 a.m. on January 1, 2026. View bus schedules<\/a> for more details.<\/p>\n

Limited public and accessible parking is available in the Living Arts Centre<\/a> underground lot.<\/p>\n

Accessibility<\/p>\n

An accessible viewing area will be available for the show on Celebration Square. Free, accessible parking is available in the Living Arts Centre underground parking lot. For more information on accessibility at this event, contact 311 or if outside city limits 905-615-4311.<\/p>\n

Fireworks<\/p>\n

As per the City\u2019s Fireworks By-law<\/a>, fireworks are allowed on your private property from dusk on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 until 1 a.m. on New Year\u2019s Day, Thursday, January 1, 2026. To use fireworks on a public street or park, you must have a permit from the City.<\/p>\n
