Canada’s federal court has overturned a \u200bgovernment order to close TikTok’s Canadian operations, allowing \u200bthe short-form video app to continue operating for the time being.<\/p>\n

In a short judgment on Wednesday, federal court judge Russel Zinn set aside the order and sent the matter \u2060back to Industry Minister M\u00e9lanie Joly for review. He did not give any reasons. <\/p>\n
