Alexander Zverev<\/a> will compete for the first time since the Australian Open<\/a> at the ATP 500 in Acapulco, where the German is the top seed.<\/p>\n

\nZverev, the 2021 champion in Acapulco, learned his place in the Abierto Mexicano Telcel presentado por HSBC<\/a> draw on Saturday. The 28-year-old begins against Frenchman Corentin Moutet<\/a> and is seeded to meet Casper Ruud<\/a> in the semi-finals.<\/p>\n

\nSecond seed Alex de Minaur<\/a>, who recently won the Rotterdam title, is seeking his third Acapulco crown, having won the trophy in 2023 and 2024.<\/p>\n
