With this win he defended his WBC light heavyweight title.<\/p>\n<p>1991.- Pernell Whitaker defended his WBC lightweight title defeating Anthony Jones by decision, in Las Vegas, Nevada.<\/p>\n<p>2002.- Korean Yosam Choi knocked out Japanese Shingo Yamaguchi in 10 rounds, defending his WBC light flyweight title.
