\n It was founded during the pandemic and is growing across the county at a time when many businesses are struggling.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I think our affordability and accessibility have allowed us to grow,” said Ross Ratcliffe, who founded the business and employs his brother and other family members.\n<\/p>\n
\n “We started out in the middle of Covid I was just hoping to make a living then, but it’s gone really well and we’ve managed to expand quickly.\n<\/p>\n

\n “I was on six-month contracts working for a consortium prior to the pandemic, and when it came, the work dried up.\n<\/p>\n
\n “So I thought to myself, it’s time to do something for yourself. Thankfully, it’s worked out really well.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Mr Ratcliffe’s Dereham business will be moving to Quebec Street in the town. He is also looking to open workspaces in both Norwich and Acle in the near future.\n<\/p>\n
