Galfi is a solid opponent with a higher ranking in this matchup, but the Hungarian is 0-3 in main draws at the tour level this season. And considering that Andreescu is back in competitive rhythm, she should progress.

Liu hasn\u2019t beaten Kaja Juvan in two meetings, but the American has taken a set each time they played. Liu scraps hard and has the weapons to open up free points and take advantage of Juvan\u2019s inconsistent start to 2026.

Iva Jovic vs Anna Blinkova<\/p>\n

Head-to-head: first meeting<\/p>\n

Jovic is playing in her first full season on the WTA Tour and she\u2019s already established herself<\/a> as a Top 20 player thanks to a breakout 2025 season. And she\u2019s riding a real wave coming to Austin. A second WTA final appearance, a first Grand Slam quarterfinal at the Australian Open, and a last 16 in Dubai, where she lost to eventual champion Jessica Pegula. Anna Blinova has a knack for beating top players unexpectedly, but hardly has any tangible momentum to build on (0-4 this season).
