It was also unclear what he was serving time for when he was erroneously released from the bail centre.<\/p>\n An email asking whether the Ministry of the Attorney General was aware of Sylvester\u2019s release and if they were investigating the circumstances around his release was not immediately returned. It was also unclear if any steps had been taken to avoid a similar incident.<\/p>\n Police said that Sylvester is 6-foot and 200 pounds.
