Tonica Kombucha will celebrate 20 years as an independently owned Canadian beverage company in March 2026.<\/p>\n
Launched in 2006 by Zoey Shamai, Tonica was one of the first kombucha brands available in Canada. <\/p>\n
To mark its 20th anniversary, Tonica will introduce a DIY Kombucha Kit using Tonica\u2019s starter and SCOBY.<\/p>\n

Tonica is available in more than 2,500 stores across the country under its own brand and private label partnerships.
