Tom Morello<\/a> will reunite with Bruce Springsteen<\/a> and the E Street Band on their upcoming \u201cLand of Hope & Dreams American Tour.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

The Rage Against the Machine guitarist will join Bruce and the E Street Band on every tour date, sitting in for several songs each night. As a result of joining Springsteen\u2019s tour, Morello is postponing dates on his own recently announced solo jaunt<\/a> that was set to take place in May.<\/p>\n

Morello previously toured as a guest member of The E Street Band from 2012-2015, and has also collaborated with Springsteen in the studio, appearing on Wrecking Ball and High Hopes, while Springsteen returned the favor on Morello\u2019s solo album The Atlas Underground Fire. Most recently, the two teamed up last month for the \u201cDefend Minnesota: A Concert of Solidarity and Resistance.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

Springsteen has framed his \u201cLand of Hope & Dreams Tour\u201d as a musical rebuke of the Trump Administration. The first leg, which launched in Europe in 2025, featured some of the musician\u2019s most politically-charged material, including \u201cMurder Incorporated,\u201d \u201cYoungstown,\u201d and a cover of Bob Dylan\u2019s \u201cChimes of Freedom,\u201d alongside impassioned onstage speeches about the state of American democracy.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter Bruce joined me last month in Minneapolis for our \u2018Defend Minnesota\u2019 charity concert, I was reminded how important our platform is, and how crucial the resistance work is that our music can do together at this dangerous historical juncture,\u201d stated Morello.<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cTogether, Bruce, the E Street Band, and I are going to turn a spotlight on the current threats to democracy and human rights happening all around us on the \u2018Land of Hope & Dreams American Tour\u2019 in the spirit of freedom, justice and rock n roll. I have a deep love and respect for all my friends, fans & comrades, and I\u2019m sorry that I must reschedule some of my May solo shows. I promise that we will find a way to be together for these shows, in these towns, very soon.\u201d<\/p>\n

After the tour\u2019s US leg was announced last week, the Trump administration predicted<\/a> it would flop. Instead, most of the 20 dates have already sold out<\/a>.<\/p>\n
