Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed there are \u201ctwo reasons\u201d behind the delay on Chelsea\u2019s move for RB Leipzig star Xavi Simons.<\/p>\n

There are advanced talks but the moment, there\u2019s been no breakthrough. Why?\u201d Romano said on his YouTube channel.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s not been done for two reasons. The first one is that RB Leipzig are completely focused on the Sesko deal. So they\u2019ll resolve that and then clarify Xavi Simons.<\/p>\n \u201cSecondly, Chelsea are working on the outgoings. I told you that the contract and salary are almost agreed but we have to wait for official statements for Armando Broja, Lesley Ugochukwu, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and all the rest.<\/p>\n \u201cThen there\u2019s the conversation on the price between the two clubs which is something absolutely important.\u201d<\/p>\n MORE CHELSEA COVERAGE ON F365\u2026 On Alejandro Garnacho, Romano added:\u00a0\u201cChelsea also keep thinking about Alejandro Garnacho. Don\u2019t forget about that story.\u201d<\/p>\n Regarding Garnacho, a recent report from journalist Graeme Bailley suggested Chelsea are the furthest along in the process of signing the Man Utd outcast.<\/p>\n In a report for The Boot Room, he claimed:\u00a0\u201cGarnacho is determined to leave Old Trafford, we know that, and Chelsea appeal, but I am told he has not discounted other options.<\/p>\n \u201cA move to Stamford Bridge does (stand out to him).
