Nova Scotia RCMP have formally charged two teen boys with sexual assault in connection with an alleged hazing incident involving members of a youth hockey team in the Truro area.<\/p>\n
Both of the teens were 14 years old at the time of the alleged offences, which police say occurred last October. <\/p>\n
