Connor Storrie is on hosting duties for this coming weekend\u2019s edition of Saturday Night Live. Amid the glut of fashion week front rows<\/a>, awards season after-parties, and talk show appearances<\/a>, the star of Heated Rivalry has established himself as a real player in the style game. A Saint Laurent boy, a lover of color-blocking<\/a> and indie brands. Spotted heading out for the SNL cast dinner yesterday evening, he also looks to be testing out how a statement bag fits into his style lexicon.<\/p>\n

Photographed heading to Lattanzi in New York with his colleagues for the week, Storrie opted for a chocolate brown, shearling collared leather jacket by Sandro, a cobalt blue<\/a> knit, straight-leg blue jeans, and black Saint Laurent penny loafers with white socks.<\/p>\n

Equal parts preppy and greaser, Storrie and his stylist James Yardley<\/a> have quickly cultivated a leading man style playbook with structured silhouettes and strong separates. This particularly electric shade of blue<\/a> is the celebrity it-color du jour (just ask Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid), and it\u2019s not the first time Storrie has shrugged on this sumptuous leather Sandro jacket.<\/p>\n

His black crossbody bag, a leather croissant-shaped accessory that\u2019s also from Sandro, was also worn casually over his front like a sash.<\/p>\n

The it-boy\u2019s go-to it-bag runs the gamut. There\u2019s Jacob Elordi<\/a> and his suite of Bottega Veneta, Fendi, and Burberry bags in every size, shape, and weave going. Timothe\u00e9 Chalamet has picked up a habit for borrowing Kylie Jenner\u2019s mini Kelly<\/a>. A$AP Rocky is very much in his Chanel bag era, but has been spotted toting gargantuan Louis Vuitton bags (Rihanna\u2019s influence<\/a>) and chic Celine luggage.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s Connor Storrie\u2019s first real road test of the bag as a going-out accessory. Earlier in the week, he was spotted with a relaxed leather shoulder bag, while covetable totes with an illustrated image of Storrie were handed out to guests at his Cultured magazine launch party. He\u2019s also got his luggage game on lock, opting for a practical Dagne Dover duffel and celebrity favorite Rimowa suitcase.<\/p>\n
